I applied online, I got the email to do the online questions, then I got the email to schedule the online interview. I scheduled a time, got on my laptop and had the interview. I had issues trying to figure out what program I was interviewing for and I asked the guy who was interviewing me, and he looked at me like I was stupid. In the email though for the brewery training program it redirected some of the content for the Logistics Training Program, and I had applied for both, so I had no idea what was going on. The interview was fine, I think I did well, not too bad or good, but by far the worst part of the process is the current lack of communication. I interviewed three weeks ago, my interviewer told me I would hear back in a week, and even after sending follow-up emails I have heard nothing. I would say that maybe I fell through the cracks, but it is off-putting that they don't even have the time to send an automated rejection to me.
