I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Leuven) in Dec 2017
Interview
After applying online the first step in the interview process are three online tests aimed to test your skills and personality.
The second step is an online video interview with 11 questions that you have to record through an online platform. You see the question and you have 30 sec to prepare and between 1-2 min to answer.
After one week from the submission of the video interview, I was invited to the assessment day in Leuven (Belgium). The day was really fun and interesting. We had two group exercise, one about creating a new beverage and the other was a business simulation. Finally, in the afternoon there was a one-to-one interview. The interview was different from the usual one because of the little interaction with the interviewer, who was only allowed to ask you many different questions and write down your answer.
I received the result of the assessment day and some feedback a couple of days later. I was invited for the final panel the week after. The final panel is a 5vs5 one hour interview with 5 top managers and 5 candidates.
Overall the interview process was fair and very well structured, but I felt it a bit unpersonal. Very poor feedback session after the assessment day and no feedback at all after the panel interview.

Online Psychometric testings, if you pass those you are invited onto a video interview. The video interview was a case study where you have half an hour to prepare a pitch for a new product. I was told I passed the video interview and was invited to an assessment centre, however after two months of emailing and asking I still had no response. Very frustrating and humiliating interview process, would not recommend it if you have any self dignity.
