Asked to get on a google meet, showed up 5 minutes late with no camera. Scanned my resume and said I have no sales experience when I had 3 years in SDR positions and SDR leadership roles. Then after 2-3 minutes he said we can't hire from your country, said sorry and hung up without saying goodbye all in a matter of 20 seconds. Worst interview experience I have ever had. STEER CLEAR!
Multiple zoom interviews with director of sales with unclear goal posts. The interviewer knows the job and what to look for so be ready with elevator pitch, research, and objection handling.
