Applied on hirist.com. Recruiter contacted me after a few days over call (no email introduction or pre-planned phone interview setup) and asked basic screening questions on experience and skillset. But she was very particular about "ReactJS experience" and asked me repeatedly about it - I tried to tell her about Javascript experience with some React projects, but I don't think she was very convinced about that. She mentioned about the first round and sent me the instructions later that day.
First step was online hackerearth round - consisted of few objective JS questions, one simple html/css build-this-layout type question and 1/2 moderate algo questions. Total time provided was 1.5 hours, took me about 45 mins without hurrying. I couldn't take this test on the day we had the call and took it on the next day.
I have still not heard back from them (after about 1 month), even after submitting the test. The whole experience was very unprofessional.
