When you have your interview they are ALWAYS late to your interview, ask you questions illegal questions about your zodiac sign and age. Even if they try to act like they know what they're doing, their body languages reveal how out of date, primitive, and low functioning they actually are. They are very verbal about staff who leave the company in less than a year, how it's despising to them. It doesn't come as a surprise that they are struggling to keep any loyal staff members because of how they treat them. BEWARE.
