Interview

Several video calls with different people ranging from the CEO to a member of the firmware team. All interviews were conducted with a high level of professionalism. I was always treated with kindness. The HR manager was always present, which in my opinion is a very good sign.

Question 1

One of the technical interviews was conducted as a traditional test in a way that you were not allowed to check the development of your solution using network resources, which in my opinion, is not the best way to evaluate the development process. This is something that could be improved a bit.

Phone interview followed by 2 in person interviews with HR and superior. Casual setting with lots of questions. Office staff is semi formal, so formal for the interview would not be out of place.
