Interview process was actually really smooth and rather enjoyable. I didn't end up getting the job but I'll admit their process is really nice, they avoid leetcode style questions and instead focus more on your understanding of the code and your debugging skills

First round was a phone interview more about the culture of the company. The second interview was a video call which consisted of both technical and soft skills questions and then a third interview (another video call) with HR.
