Antunovich Associates interview questions

It was an hour-long interview. The firm toured their office as part of the interview. They described their types of work which is mainly mixed-use residential projects. The interviewers asked what my schedule is and what my availability is for the remainder of the year.

Basic presentation - cordial environment. Principal talked of firm as a "Family" - Two individuals interviewed at typical meeting/discussion area. Asked where I lived which seems typical of a lot of firms and I feel is negative profiling. Asked about salary requirements which I also feel is another typical negative of most firms now - firms should state a salary and then you should say yes or negotiate.
