Initial interview went well. Office was nice. Manufacturing plant was in house and kind of impressive.
Near the end I was asked the salary I would need to join them, and then was asked what I was currently making.
Coming on board would require moving hundreds of miles, setting up a whole new life, and shifting from part time work to full time work. So, what I was looking for was considerably higher then what I was making. I explained the difference and why I would need more to work for them. However they chose to offer exactly what I had told them I was making with my current company. No 5k on top to sweeten the deal, no relocation or signing bonus, they told me my current company was paying me /exactly/ what I was worth and they would be happy to have me at /that/ price.
The whole experience left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. They wanted me to move hundreds of miles, start working full time, and rebuild my life, for exactly what I was already making? At that point you should just reach out to the interviewee and say you cant afford them.

Interview
One of their employee gave me an phone interview, asking me about projects on my resume. It took about 30-40 minutes and was in detail. After about 1 week, they sent me an email telling me they might give me a second round phone interview via Skype. Then we schedule a time for Skype interview. At first they ask me about career plan and talk about the courses which I have taken. They didn't ask me too much about academic questions. It takes about half an hour. In the next week, they gave me offer.
