Interview
Gave many open-ended scenario-based questions to see how you would react in a situation. It was a very comfortable environment and had many options for discussion and questions. There were both scenario questions as well as questions about your leading and working style

The interview process was intimidating at times with situational questions but the interviewers were very easy to talk to and encouraging. First, it was an in-person interview and then I participated in a Google Hangout interview with multiple company executives.

They explained scenarios in detail that I might encounter as a trip leader, and I had to explain how I would deal with the difficulties involved.
