My interview process may have been different than others, due to my having a long term co-worker relationship with the Apollo team. I interviewed with the medical director and another physician, we had an in depth discussion about joining their team. Everything went the best to be expected.

Fairly easy, informal. Talk about your experience and what you would do in certain positions. The team was seeing patients and chatting during my interview. Took a tour around the department.
Very interactive. Great questions . I was asked numerous medical questions relative to the job I had applied for. I was given scenarios and expected to respond with answers relative to the information I was given.
