      HR has done nothing to help employees

      Pros

      Doing the job I enjoy. Paychecks arrive on time. There are colleagues who are trustworthy and easy to work with.

      Cons

      • The workplace operates in a deeply dysfunctional and damaging way that is far from normal or acceptable. • The environment is consistently worse than what is presented to new or prospective employees. • Senior staff behave in a hostile manner toward employees. • Favoritism is widespread, with better schedules and opportunities reserved for an inner circle. • Workloads and schedules are distributed unfairly and create ongoing frustration. • HR ignores concerns completely and provides no meaningful support or resolution. • There is no accountability for reported issues, and nothing is ever addressed. • The toxic environment drives employees to exhaustion until many eventually quit.

      Great opportunities for initiative in a fast-paced environment

      Pros

      ApolloMD is a great place to work for those who like to take initiative and make things happen. The opportunities here are real. If you come to the table with ideas and the drive to execute, you will absolutely be recognized and rewarded. The flexibility you have to grow in your own way is something you don't find at a lot of companies.

      Cons

      The pace can be fast and processes are still evolving, which makes it an exciting place to work. If you need a lot of direction, it can be challenging.
