    Pros

Great team to work with; understandable expectations; clear bonus/incentive program, on-the-job training.

    Cons

I worked at ApolloMD (More than a year)

    Pros

educational, exposure to real ER medicine, working with physicians, fun, interesting, every impressive flexibility on hours as shifts could be at anytime

    Cons

training program went down in quality as the program continued, no chance for raises, no benefits, difficult to become full time, ten hour shifts can be tough, lack of control over new rules imposed by hospital

    Advice to Management

Generally an excellent company and I would be pleased to work with them again. I wish the scribe program was continued and maintained.

    I worked at ApolloMD full-time

    Pros

None except for having a job.

    Cons

Horrible benefits. Upper management is very disrespectful. No room for growth. The company does not care about employees

    Advice to Management

The so-called upper management such as directors are uncaring & do not have clue on how to manage. The turn over very high at this company. You never get a raise and they promise you a bonus that you never get.

    Pros

Great company and atmosphere. I love the people I work with and everyone is willing to jump in and lend a hand when needed. All the managers that I have worked with and know are great people and care about their employees. There is also a great work/life balance. I don't feel like I am stressed out or dreading work like other jobs that I have had. I can see myself working here for a long time and look forward to a bright future with ApolloMD.
