Interview
Was called for a phone screen after I applied. It was about 15 minutes long and went over my resume, qualifications and behavior. Came in for the interview to review in finer detail my qualifications and asked a few behavioral questions and was offered the job.

If you were met with an oddity in payroll and they were adding more funds into social security or 401k and you had to submit within 10 mins would you submit or try and figure it out and risk not getting the payment in on time?
