Interview
I was notified of a job opening in Apple after expressing my interest in the role of Specialist. I was invited to participate in a phone interview initially. This was followed by a virtual event where applicants were introduced to Apple and given tips on how to answer interview questions. After that, I was invited to 2 onsite interview sessions.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Apple (Washington, DC)
Interview
It was a group interview format, with about 4 other candidates and we were given questions across all candidates. Also, we were given an opportunity to ask questions at the end.

Question 1
They asked about a challenge I have come across and how that was handled.
The interview was a group format with several candidates. Each session included a few behavioral questions, and candidates were randomly called on to respond. It focused on teamwork, customer experience, and motivation. One example question was, ‘Why do you want to work at Apple?’ Overall, it was a positive and welcoming experience.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Apple (Shanghai, Shanghai)
Interview
Today is a group interview. Introduce yourself. A total of 10 people will answer questions in turn. Recommend Apple products/features. What work/learning experience do you think is more fulfilling? Your understanding of the work of experts. Be prepared to dig deep into your resume, conduct interviews, etc. It is not particularly difficult. Just prepare more and be confident.
