Thank you for your feedback following your interview in 2018. I am glad the interview itself was a positive experience but am sorry to hear that there was a communication delay from us afterwards. We now have an applicant tracking system to mitigate against any potential delays and I have followed up internally to reiterate the importance of timely communications during the recruitment process.
