Interview
It started with two f2f interviews - one with the hiring manager, followed by one with a recruiter. Hiring manager was really nice, more people focused while the recruiter was more skills and experience oriented.
Next stage was a home assignment to test sourcing skills, it was followed by a reference check.
Final stage was a meeting with the VP of People, also enjoyable.
