Question 1
The first interview included two questions:
1. Architecture - how would you implement a service like tinyURL. Scaling, caching, reliability, etc.
2. Logic - count the number of battleships in a 2D array
It went well and I got invitation for the 2nd interview.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AppsFlyer (Herzliya) in Jun 2021
Interview
All interviewers were very nice and informative, answering all of my questions regarding the position and company.
They were also extremely lean in terms of scheduling hours. I came into the process with a competing offer and they had no issues with scheduling all the interviews into a short period of time even though they did not have to.
The entire process was divided into 5 stages -
1. Short phone interview
2. Hands-on coding with a team member
3. Design question with a team lead
4. Design with a group lead
5. HR interview
