The interview process was extremely long. Between each of the stages, on average, was a week. Interview stages: 1. Response to LinkedIn. 2. Three videos with answers to their questions in 2 languages. 3. One-hour interview with the team leader on Zoom. 4. A large home assignment that you must complete in two languages. Only one of the 8 tasks sounds something like "make a comparison of us and at least our 4 competitors, and prove why we are the best". In total, I did homework for about 7 hours. They did not want to check it for a long time. At first they said "we'll be back by the end of the week". Then "well, today, before the end of the day, we'll definitely be back". When that didn't happen, I was told "well, yes, we know we didn't return to you, but everything is cool. Until the end of this week we will assign you an invitation to the next stage". And finally, "we invite you in another 1.5 weeks to our office. Here's a new home assignment for you." 5. Home assignment №2. You need to prepare a presentation in English to simulate the first meeting with the new manager of your old client. 6. Meeting at the office. Presentation and discussion. 7. Immediately after the meeting you have "informal coffee with the team leader." You are given a brief tour around the office like "here is marketing team, and here is csm team, this is the kitchen". All informal communication comes down to asking you "well, what do you want to know?". IMHO, the team leader was not interested in talking to me at all. He was late for the meeting, finished it early, and showed no initiative in communication. A week later they called me and said they were not ready to take me. The end.
