Received an email from the recruiter and ended up chatting with her the same day. Over the next week there were 2 Teams video calls and met with 4 other members of the team. Both meeting were very relaxed and they were more like conversations. They asked great questions and gave me a lot of information about what they were looking for and the expectations for the role. Entire process was a little over a week.
