not structured and not job related questions, the approach was unprofessional and candidate handling could have been a bit more refined as the company has a pretty good image in the market.

Interview
There were two rounds of test. One will be basic language skills. The second round would be copyediting test where you would be provided a paragraph to edit in terms of grammar, spellings and punctuation. If you have passed the test, you'll be contacted following which you'll have an HR interview.

Interview process was very smooth had 2 preliminary rounds which were not very difficult. Second round involved copy editing a document and once editted you can't rectify the mistake.
Got to hear from them after a month for another position.
