It was quite easy and they asked questions related to the job role. It had 3 rounds and each was a elimination round. First was GD where they see your communication skills, next was PI where they ask HR related questions

First round was said to be an aptitude test to complete 40 MCQ's in 20 minutes. To be honest, it is that easy to get 35 atleast as right answers. After the test, few of us were told that we didn't clear which is actually a shock and only a girl was told that she is selected. P.S : The girl didn't even apply for the position too and seems like she was a recommended candidate and the HR was informed prior about it by the employee who referred her and its all an internal politics. Incase of trying to hire someone whom you or your friends know, there is no point of job ethics to call others who actually prepare hard and waste a day for this useless interview process. Frustrated.
