Resume was posted online, and was contacted by employee. She sent over a job description. Reviewed description and set up phone interview. About 35-45 min phone screen. Then went to interview with director, answered your typical interview questions. Very big on building relationships with providers and payors. After this, took a short math test, and I passed, and I hate math. Very simple addition and subtraction questions. Had to write an email explaining how I would introduce myself to a hospital director, who I am, what my role is, etc. Was offered the job next week
