      Communications Lead Interview

      Aug 19, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arc Aspicio

      Interview

Very chaotic. Dishonest. Seems like a terrible place to work. Would not recommend. First interview was fine. Got all the way to the in-person interview before I was told that not only is there no actual job *yet* but also that was supposed to be two days in office was actually FIVE days in office. So. I go through two interviews and a writing sample just to be told the job doesn’t even technically exist yet. Then I get a ridiculous email saying that they don’t have a position available for me currently. Well. No kidding. And don’t get me started on their absurd business model. Please just hire admins and an operations manager so your employees can do the work they were hired to do and go home. I wish I could get back my time and the money I wasted on parking.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How I feel about the change from two days a week to five days per week. …how do you think I feel LOL.
