Everything was so positive about this experience!
It seemed as though they put effort into getting to know me on a personal level, and value that over what may just be on a resume. All my conversations felt really comfortable and relaxed, thought provoking questions were asked, but nothing too out of left field.
Quick and painless - interviewer was clear and told me all the information about the job. no wasted time on either end and we agreed it maybe wasn't a great fit for now.

One zoom interview. Typical questions about why Arcteryx, situations where I problem solved. And a unique 5 minute section wherein I replied to a hypothetical CX question. Asked about my passion for the outdoors as well... i.e what kind of activities was I interested in.
