very easy, and not formal at all. I got a referral so they kind of went easy on me. make sure to be respectful and dress up in a normal attire for interview (no need to go over on the suit). you will be interview twice, once by the supervisor who you will be working for and the manager of the whole division. interesting enough, it is easier to talk to the "big boss".
