Interview
I had to turn in a resume and than we had a phone interview. The phone interview was a major part of the process and they asked me several questions about my knowledge in IT infrastructure. After they interview was complete I was asked to go to the AM/NS plant in Calvert, AL. While there the IT infrastructure team showed me around and showed showed me some of the things I would be working on.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ArcelorMittal in Feb 2011
Interview
Wanted to know general information and experience ranging from technical skills to leadership and past work experience. There seems to be a lot of opportunity to move around in the company and also a lot of resources to harness to complete tasks.
