Interview
The process was simple, it was a one on one interview with the HR recruiter. The recruiter specified that they wanted the answers in S.T.A.R (Situation, Task, Action, Result) form. There was about three to five questions that were asked. All were behavioral. There was one question that she told me she couldn't ask since I had no previous internship or co-op experience.
