Was interviewed by HR through videocall. I was availablrle for face to face but not needed. Although interview went very well, they had requirement for often travelling, for which i was not available. HR person told me that they would cross check with the Projects department if travelling was indeed needed, I had no feedback from them although I called (they gave me their number) and emailed twice. They told me that even if this position was not available due to travel requirement, they have plenty of project positions i could be a very good fit. That was the definition of ghosting
