Group interview. Very long, but was more lax in nature. Overall, it was a fun experience. Interview was split into 3 sections, and a few people were asked to leave in between each intermission. In my group, the remaining candidates were automatically offered employment, but I heard the usual practice was to ask them to come in for a one-on-one interview another day.

I don't know why it takes 2 hours to do a simple interview. it takes 2 hours to do a check in and interview and you have to wear a business casual for a minimal job interview.
