After applied online, I got the email noticing me an on-site interview. The interview lasted About half an hour. I introduced myself first then the interviewer introduced the company and what this job should do. Then I asked him some details about the job and how to be successful in it.

Went in store to get an application. Filled it out at home and brought it in a few days later. I had to call almost every day for a month before I got an interview with the store manager. He was very nice and asked me what my schedule is like, then hired me on the spot.
