I first had a phone interview with two people, the HR rep and an Operations Manager. That seemed to go very well. I then received an in-person interview given by a panel of three people.That was the Operations Manager, and experienced Project Manager, and a less experienced Project Manager. I didn't get as positive a vibe from the more junior Project Manager, but I did get a positive feeling from the other two Managers. Both interviews were very good experiences overall. I was disappointed that I didn't get the job because I could picture myself working there.
