Biggest waste of my time in my life. I am not sure how to describe the level of the unprofessional this interview process was. There were a lot of steps you have to go through. Phone screen with recruiter, than phone screen with the manager and they make you get four references to fill out a survey for you. Once everything is done, they will ask you to come for an interview. I live far away, so it takes a lot of effort and time to go to their office. The week before the interview they changed my schedule becasue a lot of people in the department is out of the country for a meeting. The interview was delayed for two weeks then they change the schedule again now only three people will do the interview instead of four originally. On the day of the interview, they told me only two people would interview me and one of interviewer will phone in. I never felt so disrespected in my whole life, and I can not imagine how could anyone work here. The interview very dull and everyone was including the HR lady who greeted was late and cold. So it turns out the position was filled, and instead of canceling my interview they drag me through this whole ridiculous processes. Also, they never offer me any travel reimbursement.
