Quite Casual interview process. Interviewed by two of the store managers. Fairly standard interview questions regarding team working and communication ability as well as availability.
The whole interview lasted around fifteen minutes and was offered the job a few days later
Group interview, nonspecific questions. Mostly group activities. Informal one on one meeting at the end. Interviewer asked us to tell them a bit about ourselves and that was it. No complex or taxing questions
