I had a mixed experience interviewing with Ariento. The people I met during the process were genuinely nice, and I appreciated their emphasis on finding the right candidate rather than rushing to fill the position. Both my first and second interviews seemed to go well, and I was initially impressed with their approach.
However, communication turned out to be a significant issue. After being informed via Indeed that they had chosen another candidate, I was unexpectedly invited for a "final interview." I explained that I would be out of the country for the next 12 days but was assured they would contact me upon my return to schedule the interview. Despite following up via email after my trip, I received no response, not even a courtesy update. This lack of communication left me feeling disregarded and misled, especially after the initial positive impressions.
While the staff at Ariento were pleasant, the overall experience was tarnished by poor communication and follow-through, making it hard for me to recommend the process to others.

Interview
Very easy going. Well-versed interview, not high pressure. The hiring manager was transparent. Asked typical questions such as experience with project management, methodologies typically used on previous projects, education, why do you want to enter this field of work, how would you adjust to working as a remote employee in a fast-paced environment.
