The interview process was with my IBO who essentially wanted to know my commitment level as well as explain what I needed to purchase and/or invest to get started. She was very helpful in giving me prices for equipment, how to check out if I had the available computer requirements, and to speak with me concerning what I would be interested in doing for Arise.

you have to pay up front first, to get in the door, should have been a sign, Arise asks for money at all points. Do a search you can find companies that don't charge you. Arise refuses to pay me for the hours I have worked
Thank you for your comments. It sounds like you are currently working for a call center company in the Arise Network, not for Arise. There is no interview process in order to register to use the Arise platform to provide call center services.

Interview
There is no interview at all! The best kind. You take a basic assessment, maybe a phone test to see how well you speak English and a computer diagnostic check. Then you pay for the background check which was $13 at the time, but now I hear that it is only $7. You pay for your own training, but that is to ensure that you are serious about the position, it is NOT a scam and your success is strictly up to you.

Concerns from Arise are computer functionality, telephone line functionality, the most basic background check in existence (ANYONE can pass it, and I do mean anyone).
