It went directly to a one time in-person interview with the manager, no phone interview or pre-screening took place. Overall the experience wasn't bad, the people I talked to described the company to me and asked a few questions. They were sort of rushed as they had just moved from center city to king of prussia so it seemed like they were still getting adjusted to the environment themselves but overall it was a good experience.
