I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Armanino (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2016
Interview
I met with 5 people total: 1 partner, 2 senior managers, and 2 staff. The actual interviews were on the casual side - more of a "get to know you" conversation than a formal interview, which I appreciated. The two staff took me to lunch, which was a nice touch. I was given a tour of the office. All in all, it was a positive experience.

Question 1
I don't recall anyone asking any typical interview-style questions. I was asked specific questions about my professional background and about my interests in the tax accounting field.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Armanino (Philadelphia, PA) in May 2024
Interview
one video interview and no more responses or feed back. The interviewer said she was going to get back at me and never heard from her again. I sent a email to follow with the process with no luck.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Armanino (San Ramon, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
There are two interviews that take place- one could be in the campus or in office visit with just one partner of the department you are applying to and the second round is in-house where there are multiple managers or partners that you get to talk to. To be honest, my interview was very casual and conversational. They wanted to see if they could work with me based on my personality but at the same time, they wanted to know if I have any experience whether be a internship or any other work skill that you possessed.
