I have been working at Armanino full-time (Less than a year)
LinkedIn is a leading source used to find candidates. Phone i.view first, then if they're interested, in person i.view with a Partner & an HR Specialist. Within 24 hrs you're informed if you got the job, which happened to me. I was treated very special from the get go. You go thru a 2 day full orientation training regarding the firm's values, vision & mission, phenomenal benefits with a very competitive salary & systems training with your laptop. The people in the firm & how it operates is very attractive. Something not found with most employers now days. The firm is similar to a Silicon Valley structure, work/life balance integrated with a fun & enjoyable, casual environment where the employees are always taken care of. I've waited several years to get a job like this. A place to grow, train & move around into different areas depending on your abilities. You'll be in the right place no matter what. Open door is truly open door. I'm very grateful for the management, staff & Partners. They see talent & use it to your benefit long term. I love everything about Armanino LLP. You feel as though you belong to something really special, something that is very large & continues to grow thru changes staying strong in overall firm structure. Flexibility is important. Armanino has different types of committees you can be a part of, including an Idea committee which I've already taken part of where you're financially rewarded if it moves thru the processes & benefits all parties. I have never worked in a place as this. I'm excited to see what's down the road for me & look forward to many years ahead at Armanino LLP.
I don't see any challenges, honestly. When I was i. viewed & hired, I never questioned anything about the people or the job because it was right.

I applied through our campus career services website. Once they select you for an interview, you are invited to a pre-interview social to network with other interview candidates and professionals. I interviewed with a senior manager and it was very conversational.

The 30 x 30 program stemmed from a desire to give more employees access to leadership opportunities throughout the firm. This, coupled with the desire from our employees and our firm for charitable giving, enables anyone in the firm to participate in and demonstrate their leadership abilities as well as helping out a worthy cause.
