Interview
I had an hour of back-to-back interviews with audit senior managers last month. They were friendly and answered all of my questions. All they asked were behavioral questions. I heard back from them in a week.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Armanino (Austin, TX) in Nov 2024
Interview
Super easy and personable, I talked to the recruiter first, and then 2 partners one-on-one afterwards. They more so just wanted to get a feel for your personality.
I will say, I had a signed contract with them for 9 months, and they pushed my start date back, then months later they rescinded the offer. Super unfortunate, I pretty much can't find another job open this year, and a lot of the people I initially talked to left the company. Just something to keep in mind.
