Received an email from their HR Rep initiating interest in the position, responded that I was interested, They requested a CV and completion of their screening questions, I completed, received feedback that I was a great fit, they will be processing applicants and be in touch soon, weeks went by, I reached out and was told they were sorry, things got busy and forgot to let me know that they hired from within. Very poor communication and management
