I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Arrive Logistics (Austin, TX) in Dec 2025
Interview
The interview took place in person at the companies office headquarters in Austin, Texas. After checking in at the front desk, I was given a quick walk-through tour of the company's dual building facility. It was a great way to begin the interview by breaking the ice and giving great first impressions of the staff and facility amenities. I was then introduced to a Business Development Representative (BDR) for my shadow interview. During this time, the BDR was able to give me a overview of his day-to-day procedures, show me what prospecting looks like in real time, and answer any questions I had for him. The shadow interview solidified exactly what I was interviewing for in my mind and gave confidence moving forward into the final interview with the Director of Business Development. The final interview was fairly standard in line of questioning but very thorough. My experience in the shadow interview, my background, and some situational questions were addressed before the interview was concluded. It was extremely well done and the process gave me confidence in Arrive as an employer and a company.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Arrive Logistics (Austin, TX) in Apr 2026
Interview
Overall, my interview experience with Arrive Logistics was outstanding from start to finish.
My first interview with Avery was over the phone, and it was very informative and welcoming. She did a great job explaining the role, the culture, and what to expect moving forward. It felt more like a genuine conversation than a formal interview, which immediately made me feel comfortable and excited about the opportunity.
My second interview was in person at the Austin office, and it exceeded every expectation I had. Getting to tour the office and see the energy on the sales floor firsthand was incredible. You could feel the competitive and collaborative culture the moment you walked in. Meeting with the BDR manager was the highlight for me. The conversation flowed naturally, and it confirmed everything I had heard about Arrive being a place where hard-working people can truly thrive.
The entire process was smooth, professional, and well-organized. Every person I interacted with made me feel valued and genuinely excited to be part of the team. I could not have asked for a better experience, and I am beyond thrilled to be joining the Arrive Logistics family
The recruiters at Arrive Logistics are very professional, and very easy to communicate with. The first round interview is very easy. They ask questions about your resume and then some personal details. They go very in depth with the details of the role as well as the company as a whole and answer any questions you may have about either.
