The first interview was over Zoom. It contained a lot of information about the position. Questions were easy and seemed to target responses to get to know the interviewee better.
Very responsive and easy to coordinate. The interview itself was straightforward and exactly how described. 2 parts, 30 minutes each. One with a manager and one with a director. Heard back a few days later as they had told me. Very easy to coordinate with the team on the offer post interview

My interview process with Arrive Logistics consisted of three stages: Phone screening, behavioral interview, and a final on-site interview at the Austin headquarters. During the final round, I toured the office, shadowed, and met the hiring managers,
Phone interview followed by an in person interview. Typical questions and was easy enough.
Then you shadow a tenured rep for about 30 ish minutes to see how the job is.
