30min phone screening with a recruiter then a in person interview about a week later. You get a tour of the office then a job shadow with one of the employees. Then you have two one on one interviews. Each interview was about 30-45 min. The interviews were great, from the the first call to the last interview everyone was knowledgable, kind, and passionate about the company.

Come prepared and do your research. Take notes. Have questions ready. They're trying to figure out who you're as a person.
Very responsive and easy to coordinate. The interview itself was straightforward and exactly how described. 2 parts, 30 minutes each. One with a manager and one with a director. Heard back a few days later as they had told me. Very easy to coordinate with the team on the offer post interview

Then you shadow a tenured rep for about 30 ish minutes to see how the job is.
