Interview
The interview went well. I like that they did a tour first thing i got there. I was able to see the inside of the place, which excited me even more. Everyone was great. I was than taken with a rep to shadow him to see how things work. Didn't really learn much because he was busy but when i had the chance to ask question he was answering them. Awesome experience.

One of the questions they asked was what made you interested in this company ?
Very responsive and easy to coordinate. The interview itself was straightforward and exactly how described. 2 parts, 30 minutes each. One with a manager and one with a director. Heard back a few days later as they had told me. Very easy to coordinate with the team on the offer post interview

My interview process with Arrive Logistics consisted of three stages: Phone screening, behavioral interview, and a final on-site interview at the Austin headquarters. During the final round, I toured the office, shadowed, and met the hiring managers,
Phone interview followed by an in person interview. Typical questions and was easy enough.
Then you shadow a tenured rep for about 30 ish minutes to see how the job is.
