I had a 1st round interview over the phone that lasted about an hour. The 2nd round interviews was in their office with two separate interviews with sales managers and consisted of a job shadow.

To work in the logistics industry, you must be hard-working and ambitious. How can you prove to me that you have those qualities?
Very responsive and easy to coordinate. The interview itself was straightforward and exactly how described. 2 parts, 30 minutes each. One with a manager and one with a director. Heard back a few days later as they had told me. Very easy to coordinate with the team on the offer post interview

My interview process with Arrive Logistics consisted of three stages: Phone screening, behavioral interview, and a final on-site interview at the Austin headquarters. During the final round, I toured the office, shadowed, and met the hiring managers,
Phone interview followed by an in person interview. Typical questions and was easy enough.
Then you shadow a tenured rep for about 30 ish minutes to see how the job is.
