It was pretty short experience. I had phone interview first and inperson . I went to office just looked like average small company atmosphere. The inerviwee was not much friendly and looks busy

Friendly approach, initially a presentation of the company was given, then they ask for my work background and why I would be a good fit. Decisions of hiring are taken by unit managers since there is no human resources department.
