Met with HR 4-5 times explaining benefits, company structures etc. Really kind approach + being serious or cautious enough with hiring one designer. And met with colleagues to understand each other.

Just want to highlight Mark's transparency and professionalism throughout the interview process so far—qualities that feel rare in this job market. His communication and honesty have been greatly appreciated. What a cool company to work for!

Interview
It was a really wonderful experience. The interviewer was very kind and kept candidates informed throughout the experience. They also made sure to not ghost if not moving on to next round. If this process was reflective of what their work environment is like, I think it would be a really great place to work team culture wise.
