Arum interview questions

LinkedIn Job posting 3 stage interview. Very friendly and straightforward. Challenging role play and the final stage was a meeting with the Chief Exec. Overall a very positive experience. The interviews were face to face

Firstly they called me for interview and when i arrived they informed me that its cancelled with no Apology at all. Finance manager wasnt pleasing or sorry and had a very serious and grumpy face. Although my agency-Page Personal was sorry for the inconvenience caused, my time and money was wasted travelling 15 miles and back same distance. I was called next day, this time they interviewed me for 1hr, after this i thought its done. I wanted to rush back as my husband had to leave for work,. Now they asked me to do a test which my agency haven't given a clue of, I was worried and furious as i wanted to leave for home. I finally did the test but was able to manage just one entry in the 15min time frame. I think they should have atleast informed agency about their interview process, i think i may have prepared well. Also didn't find their attitude right. I knew i wont get hired here but felt let down by incomplete information. My agent apologized. I think he had sent me first so he was able to prepare rest of his candidate. After few weeks or almost month my agent was still waiting to hear from the company as what he told me without me even following up about the outcome. This shows they were not a genuine clients for agency and didn't recognize the need and situation of unemployed people. My opinion with this experience is though they didn't select me I had right to be informed if there was any test at the interview and secondly cancellation of interview on last minute was a unprofessional culture of Arum, Edinburgh.
