Ascendion Java Developer interview questions

This is the most absurd process I have ever seen my career. They will not pass your resume to the client directly, they will have multiple "internal" technical rounds which are outdated and non-professional. The third party recruiter who interviewed me asks me rapid fire Java theory questions and OOPs concepts and would not even listen to my explanation. He would not accept my answer and was condescending to my face. This guy is in an offshore location, with bad internet connection, bad video and horrible accent and proceeds to tell me that I am confused about what encapsulation is. He asks me where have I used Encapsulation in my projects, and when I told him that this is a basic OOPs principle, so what does he mean by where I have used it. He says you explained it incorrectly. What a waste of time.
