I submitted an application and was invited for an interview. The interview process itself was not very demanding, but the interviewer asked some thoughtful questions. We spoke about my past experience and about what led me to apply to Ashoka. They also told me more about the organisation.
was simple and had easy behavioral questions as well as open communication about role expectations with the interviewer. Questions were also about career development and what our expectations are for the role.
It was one round with the hiring manager. Had simple behavioral questions as well as resume-focused experience questions and overall approximately 20-30 minutes. Great experience, open and understanding, and had time for questions to be answered at the end regarding the internship experience and the organization.
